To ensure technical follow-up, this data is retained for a maximum period of 12 months following the official launch scheduled for the fall of 2026. Beyond this period, unconverted addresses will be permanently deleted.

Data Security: Upon entry, your email address is protected by strong reversible encryption (AES-256-CBC) prior to database storage. An anonymous hashing mechanism is also utilized to prevent duplicate registrations without storing the email in clear text.

Cookies: This site uses a single temporary technical cookie (PHPSESSID) strictly necessary to memorize your browsing language and secure form transmission. This functional cookie performs no advertising profiling and automatically deletes when you close your browser.

Hosting and Territory: Your data is hosted in Canada on the secure infrastructure of WHC. No information is sold, assigned, or transmitted to third parties, nor stored outside Canadian territory.

Operational Framework: Faithful to its commitments and in connection with the ethical responsibilities of its founder, PORTULAN maintains absolute independence and does not operate any infrastructure or data source from the Government of Quebec.

Privacy Officer: In compliance with legislation, Marc Gauthier assumes the management and compliance of the registries. For any request regarding access, rectification, or withdrawal of your consent, contact him directly by replying to the project communications.
