Registration on PORTULAN.QUEBEC is strictly part of a technological pre-launch phase. This free initiative does not constitute the creation of a commercial client account, establishes no commercial service obligations, and guarantees no future access rights upon the official launch scheduled for the fall of 2026.

Registry and Algorithm Warranty: Although our scripts perform monitoring tests based on public data from the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), PORTULAN provides no absolute guarantee regarding the exhaustiveness of the extracted information. The final interpretation of confusion (pursuant to Section 6 of the Trademarks Act) and the assessment of semantic risk remain the sole responsibility of the user.

Right to Modify and Purge: PORTULAN reserves the exclusive right to modify its roadmap, interrupt this preliminary phase, or purge the pre-launch registries at any time, without prior notice or compensation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec.
